Computer Requirements for Optimized Provider Searches
The USA MCO search tools have been designed to be used with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or better. Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or better is required to print the personal directory results. You can get you free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader here.

Information Required for Provider Searches
At a minimum, you are required to choose the network your plan utilizes, the specialty or facility type you are looking for and the state. It is recommended you supply as much information as possible to help narrow down the results of your search. The more information you provide in your search criteria, the better your results.

Locating Your Plan Type
If you do not know which network to select, please contact your company benefit administrator for assistance.

Types of Searches
There are two types of searches that can be conducted with the USA MCO online search tool for providers. The first type of search is "With Detailed/Partial Address Information". This type of search allows a user to locate a provider by utilizing a partial or full name and/or address. The second type of search is the "Within a Specified Driving Distance". This type of search allows a user to locate a provider within 10, 25, 50 or 100 miles of a ZIP code radius, providing results with approximate driving distance.

Partial Name and Address Searches
USA MCO's online search tool allows users to input partial search data beyond the required three elements of Network, Provider and State. For example, if you live in zip code 34655, you can enter a partial ZIP code of 346 to locate all providers within the 34600-34699 range. Another example would be if you are uncertain whether a provider's name is Cooke or Cooper, you can enter the partial name of Coo to return all providers with a name that begins with those three letters.

Printing Search Results
Users have the ability to print their search results by producing a Personal PDF Directory. At the top of every search results page, there is a link that allows a user to create a PDF version of their own search results. This process requires the user to have Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is a free product from Adobe, and can be downloaded here.
